TTP Staff Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026
TTP Staff is the internal app used by staff of The Trading Post (Collectible Trading Company LLC) on store phones. It is not offered to the public. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Staff account details: the name and username a manager creates for you, and a 6-digit PIN, which is stored only as a one-way hash. Core team members who sign in with their company Google account share their name and @ttp.games email address with us.
- Work activity:which daily briefs you opened, checklist items you ticked and signed off, event-night notes, and "heard on the floor" entries (the product or game a customer asked about). Floor entries do not identify customers.
- Sign-in records: sign-in times and failed PIN attempts, used to lock an account after repeated wrong PINs.
What we do not collect
The app has no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
How it is used
Only to run the store: showing staff the daily brief and checklists, letting managers see who completed which tasks, and planning stock and events. We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside The Trading Post, except service providers that host the app's server (Amazon Web Services) and provide Google sign-in.
Retention and deletion
Activity records are kept while they are useful for store operations. When you leave, a manager turns your account off, which signs you out immediately. To have your account and activity deleted, ask a manager or email us.
